Sorry to not properly introduce myself.

I'll get straight to the point.

I have a friend who has an ex girlfriend who is claiming she is roughly 6 weeks pregnant and is sure of it.

She seems to be certainly psychotic to some extent.

She left my friend after having sexual intercourse with him a few times but openly had said she wanted kids.

During this time she was also sleeping with other people.

All I want to know is. Is my friend able to petition for a court order to get a pregnancy test to see if his ex partner really is pregnant or not.

He doesn't need a paternity test and even if he does.. she claims she is only 6 weeks pregnant. He just wants to know if there really is a baby there.

She is ignoring him and he really is a nice guy and she is somewhat insane.

Please help.

He really has no evidence and it is doubtful that a court would recognize him even if he does petition the courts, after all what could he claim ??

I would suspect it would be a waist of time and money and suggest he would be better served helping him find support for the problems he is going through.

I can understand your concern but at this stage she has her right to privacy and theres not much that can be done even if she is pregnant and it is his.

Just try to be there as support and if he needs to talk he's welcome at the forum. ( Dad or not Wink )
