well when i say I won, Me and my partner had dvos waiting for hearing on monday. I was worried that i would just get one and not her. Anyway in short, she got a dvo on me for so called going into her house (mine still) when she had said no, well she did not say that and 10 min later she said she felt threaten so my mum ran in and said come we need to go now cause in that time i was trying to calm my daughter down so she would not cry when i left and of course my X didnt care about that just about herself.

My DVO was to get protection on her insighting me to break or make a dvo agasint her as she always played with me and tried to make me jelous and rang me up saying things like, can you go to the shops for me etc.

Anyway first dvo session was a conference and we wanted identical orders, my x of course said no and wanted to proceed to the magistrate so only i would get a dvo not her. The regestra was pissed off at her.

Then a month later after 45min we got the identical orders agreed upon as the regrstra was thinking and my lawyer this dvo is stupid and its only says stay away from my house and no text messages even though i can about the kids.

So in short again I win! as she wanted me to have a dvo but it did not happen, yes i have identical orders but she is the one who like to premeditate DVOs. And the dvo is by consent admission without guilt.

If i had a dvo that would be a problem for me in regards to the family hearing whenever and however long that will take.

So thats my good news

G'day Spock,
Without knowing the circumstances, it sounds like a good outcome for you.
It's funny how, when a bloke takes a DVO application out on a female, the legals start squeeling "keep the playing field even". Yet when a female takes a DVO application on a bloke, well, that's okay. No need to keep the field even then.

Good on you Spock, beam me up Scotty. he he he
