Hey all, about 7 months back I went through a very messy separation, at the time I truly felt my life was over, but with the support from this website and I guess time, my life now is really looking up!

I see my 2 girls regularly, and my ex partner and I are very civil and we even have a coffee now and again!

I am truly amazed at how things get better with time

I guess I'm writing this for all the new blokes out there that have gone through the same emotional rollercoaster, life does get better, believe me!

Special thanks to D4E and Colin, these guys helped me from day one, and I'm sure they will continue their brilliant work for years to come

Be strong fellas, your lives are too important, just try to go with the flow, love your kids, and the rest just falls into place slowly

Peace all, Hads

Hi hads.

I am just so wrapped that things have turned out well and improvement has come. At times I'm sure like myself there was no possible way you could see it ever ending. You have achieved much all by your self and I do thank you for your kind words as I'm sure Colin will but we were just ears the hard stuff was all you.

It is really good whenever a post comes on the forum from the other side Well Done my friend.

Hey D4E, somehow I knew you would be the first to reply!

Thankyou for your reply, it means alot mate, I have certainly come a long way since we last spoke

Strange how a few days turns into a few months!

My journey the last 7 months has been hectic, plenty of conflict, plenty of tears!

We somehow managed to avoid the whole court thing, and resolved things in a civil nature, which was a huge help

My ex partner and I speak regularly, and we both put the girls first, we agree on that at least

I posted my message earlier because I now understand the pain dads go through, I will be watching this forum like a hawk, and will be putting my two bobs worth into it!

Thanks again D4E, you are a legend! You have helped me through the toughest time of my life, I salute you, as many others should!

Hads
