I understand this might be hard for some father that are doing it tough due to problems with the ex.

Just one thing is go and treat yourself to something that you might like.
Go to the footy or the movies read a book . If you got family ask them over and throw bbq.

just look after yourself DON"T DO SOMETHING SILLY.


I hope you all have great day it about spoiling yourself . My son told me it a day where father spoil them self on good things.

WELL DONE KERMIT GREAT POST. IT IS MY BIRTHDAY TODAY BUT I DIDN'T SEE MY LITTLE GIRL, BUT I WILL DO SO ON FATHERS DAY IN 2 DAYS. I HAVE GIVEN DEEP THOUGHT TO MANY POSTS ON THIS SITE, AND ON FATHERS DAY I WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGING THOSE DADS WHO CANNOT SEE THEIR KIDS FOR SOME REASON, WELL IF YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE DADS, FIGHT FOR IT. LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR AND IF IT DOESN'T HAPPEN NEXT YEAR, KEEP FIGHTING FOR IT. DO SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF THAT IS REWARDING, SURROUND YOURSELF WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY, TALK ABOUT YOUR DISAPPOINTMENT THAT YOU CAN'T BE WITH YOUR KIDS, AND ENJOY YOUR DAY AS BEST AS POSSIBLE, PLAY GOLF OR GO FISHING, JUST SAY F##K OFF WORLD THIS IS MY DAY AND I WILL DO WHAT I LIKE TO DO. NEXT TIME YOU SEE YOUR KIDS, TELL THEM THAT YOU COULDN'T SEE THEM ON FATHERS DAY AND REASSURE THEM THAT IF THINGS WERE RIGHT, THAT YOU WOULD HAVE SPENT THE DAY TOGETHER.

I get to see my little girl tomorrow, although it will be with the ex so there may be some tension there. However, my thoughts go out to you all, and in particular those who don't get to see their kids at all tomorrow. Not an easy time of year for many. As stated, don't do anything silly.
