My partner is arguing with his ex over seeing his kids more.

He would love to have them more, including 1-2 weeknights, so he can come home to his children.

I have children of my own, not currently working, and would love more than anything to look after his kids while he is at work.

We live together and have set up a great environment for all of our kids.

But the ex does not like me. He left her for me and yes it is bad and sad but I am a good person and a wonderful Mum to my own kids and adore his/her children too.

Am I legally allowed to help him out, in order for him to see the kids more? I have known his/her kids their whole lives so I am hardly a stranger.

The father is just as entitled as the mother to have any suitable person care for his children.

That could be his mother, his sister, a nanny he has hired - or his partner.
