Good-aye gmac ,

Hey gmac, so wonderful the call from your daughter, please, write or type it down, place her photo with it, and recall a great situation that I have not myself experienced.
Pain , grief of loss, abandonment of a wife ,an entire change in life for you is simply almost unbearable, yet try as best you can not to make up a negative future...easy to say, yet slowly do-able.

THE STRESS IS HORRIFIC, AND I AND OTHERS EMPATHISE , and we stand greatful you have decided that life though a real task from time to time , is still worth living for your children, extended family and us...and most importantly you!

Keep your phone contacts within reach, stick them high enough above you phone so your children, just for now, don't view them. Also add another couple, as part of my privelege on this Web Site and Forum is to do with short term depression, or anxiety.

Yet let me quickly add, so are the guy's who have spoken to you well versed in assisting, and encouragement. Some of us have been through the 'University' of depression,........but talking it out as you are doing now ,.....will assist you tremendously.

,contact Graeme, and you also can speak with the brilliant folk at KIDS HELP LINE 1800 55 1800 These are for assistance, if so needed. ........When at the end of your 'bucket, it can be difficult to find a phone number, just to share, it helped me conciderably for a time.Especially at night.
Pleased you have contact with the children, that is wonderful.
YOU ARE DOING WELL SHARING HERE, TIS HOME TO MANY OF US

"AND YOU AIN'T HEAVY,...YOU'RE OUR BROTHER.!"

FOR FURTHER ENCOURAGEMENT , IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE SO ALREADY gmacre-read the help each have spoken to you, and keep on sharing, it is good to hear from you, good Buddy!

Colin S

We all seem to be in a similar boat here, stay strong, stay focussed and remember that your kids love you, we are all victims in this thing they call life
