hi MrMum2b,
i have read else where on this site that if you move out then it puts you behind the 8 ball both financially and emotionally.

It gives more power to your partner and then she can take advantage of the situation.

By all means try to keep things amicable if possible.

Document everything. If things go pear shaped then you have a log. If she becomes violent then dont recipricate. Call the Police and let them document what happens at each instance. Stay Calm and keep yourself squeaky clean.

Keep the children out of any tug a war and re inforce to your children that you do love them. UNCONDITIONALLY.

Everything you do must be in the best interest of your children 1st then yourself 2nd. (everyone else correct me if I am wrong on this final point.)
